The BrowneBilt Robo Pole Rack Clamp is designed for semi permanet blinds to get the poles off the floor or seats.  This is meant to slide onto your vertical support poles.  Printed from TPU, a very durable material.  Designed for 3/4" conduit, it will hold up to 4 poles.
