Livescope Bike Vice Pole Sleeve and Collars

This kit will convert your winter pole into a summer pole with an Amazon Bike Vice. 

This kit includes a Sleeve that which the Bike Vice clamps to, allowing your pole to rotate while being sandwiched by an upper and lower retainer collar.  Sleeve ID is a loose tolerance so you can clamp the tension, making the pole stiffer to rotate.
